Wednesday: Live Music
Midweek, guests gathered for a fireside chat with Hannah Jern-Miller, a talented musician from Petaluma, CA, known for her mastery of the guitar and harmonica. Following the discussion, Hannah led a captivating performance, seamlessly blending folk, blues, bluegrass, and vintage rock. The evening highlighted the resort’s dedication to celebrating local talent and crafting unforgettable experiences for its guests.
Thursday: Wine Wisdom
On Thursday, the focus shifted back to the art of winemaking with a wine tasting and fireside chat led by Wine Educator Jason Villalobos. The menu was a tribute to the bounty of Sonoma County, beginning with Seared Albacore Tuna, paired exquisitely with Flowers Vineyards & Winery’s 2022 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay.
The main course, Langley Farms Pork Osso Buco, was a celebration of summer’s harvest, its rich flavors perfectly matched with the 2022 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
The evening concluded with a Dark Chocolate S’mores Tart, a decadent dessert paired with the 2023 Sonoma Coast Rosé.
