Rachel Dickinson

Co-Founder

Rachel Dickinson is a multifaceted professional that serves as a writer, sommelier, and senior events manager.

Rachel previously worked in Marketing at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) in New York City. Presently, Rachel orchestrates and manages executive briefings and strategic corporate events, catering to C-Suite executives in the United States and abroad.

In 2010, Rachel founded rachelsstylishlife.com, a website highlighting the best places to eat, play, and stay around the globe. Since its inception, she has traveled the globe collaborating with renowned hospitality brands, esteemed wineries, and conducting interviews with industry leaders. She focuses on not only showcasing a brand, but the people and story behind it. 

In 2024, Rachel unveiled Cellar Mouse, a website dedicated to Wine Country Travel. The brand’s mission is to streamline the travel planning process by providing meticulously curated guides by wine region. These guides offer insightful recommendations to help visitors maximize enjoyment of their time in Wine Country.

Rachel has been featured in The Huffington Post, New York Magazine, Refinery29, and other media outlets.

Matthew Southern

Co-founder, Photographer, and Drone Pilot

Matthew Southern is a seasoned online strategist and analytics-driven digital marketer.

Matthew previously worked at Google where he served as an Agency Strategist, leading advertising strategy for North American ad agencies.

Matthew successfully established international e-commerce platforms for SwimOutlet.com and his own company, southernstraps.com, which operates in 80 countries. Southern Straps has garnered recognition from Wired, GQ, AppleInsider, MacRumors, and Macworld as a leading producer of Apple Watch bands.

Since 2019, Matthew has applied his creative skills as an in-house photographer for rachelsstylishlife.com and cellarmouse.com. He is passionate about drones and holds an FAA Part 107 - UAS Remote Pilot License.

Committed to fostering entrepreneurial growth, Matthew serves as a Mentor and Advisor at Founder Institute Hong Kong, a pre-seed startup accelerator.
