How our trips work

What's in the price

Every Eat, Sip & Stay trip is priced per couple and includes the hotel for every night listed, the winery visits and tastings named in the itinerary (reserved and prepaid), one signature dinner, a private driver on the days that need one, airport or rail-station transfers where noted, and a reservation at every restaurant in the plan. Flights, rail to the region, other meals, wine pairings at the signature dinner, and gratuities are not included.

Booking

Choose a trip and check out with the deposit shown, or write to us with your dates first. We confirm hotel and tasting availability within two business days, then send a final itinerary and the balance invoice. The balance is due 45 days before travel. The "from" price is the shoulder-season rate; peak weekends, harvest and holidays are quoted at booking.

Changes and cancellations

Deposits are refundable in full if we cannot confirm your first-choice hotel. Once confirmed, cancellations more than 60 days out are refunded less any non-refundable tasting and dinner reservations; within 60 days the hotel's own policy applies. We'll always try to move dates rather than cancel.
