How it works

    Every dinner is reserved before you land. One is the signature dinner, included in the price.

    Sip

    Three to five tastings per trip, chosen for the wine and for the room, prepaid and timed so nobody watches the clock.

    One hotel per region, sometimes two, always somewhere we've slept. Walkable to dinner where the town allows it.
